MORE THAN THE LOOK WAS AT STAKE
They copied the shape.
Some cut the wrong corners.
STKR inspected one cheap TRiLIGHT copy and found electrical components held together internally with tape. The unit ran extremely hot, and our testing facility identified it as both a fire hazard and a shock hazard.
That does not describe every lookalike. It proves why the engineering inside the light matters just as much as the shape outside it.
A three-panel silhouette is easy to imitate. Trust has to be engineered.
